A charming home is a quiet neighborhood in Hancock. The kitchen was remodeled 2 years ago. The kitchen features G.E stainless steel appliances, a Bosch dishwasher, soft close cabinets and quartz counter tops. Bob's Sheet Metal installed a new furnace and water heater 2 years ago. The double roof is 5 years old. There is hardwood flooring and a nice bay window, in fact, the 1st floor has new windows. The main bedroom has a built in linen closet, and two small closets. The back bedroom has two small closets. The upstairs bathroom has ceramic tiles. The downstairs walls are cement block, and the upper story has vinyl fish scale siding.
