This home is currently under construction, I am both the builder and the agent. I have built this home many time's and have made changes over time, I plan on ten foot ceilings throughout also the walls in the kitchen are removed to make it a open floor plan. We use upgraded cabinetry and granite top in all areas with 3/4 solid oak flooring in entire home except bedroom's which receive upgraded carpet. The basement has been poured and framing is scheduled for Monday 11/16/2020Tha e home will be ready for a 03/01/2021 move in. There is still time to make changes but as the work progresses that opportunity fades.
