Although the 2 bedrooms/1 bath are convenient especially being within a mile of hundreds of acres of the Manistee National Forest for great hunting and trails AND Indian Lake for great fishing. Has a secluded feeling but can be used year around and is close to M-37 for easy access. It comes with some furnishings (seller to take the beds and 1 futon) and appliances AND has a washer and dryer hookups (no washer or dryer though). This is a great year around place or weekend get a way.
