My sweet Owner has enjoyed living in this 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo in famed Bradbury Park, since 1990. Within the past 2 years he's replaced the furnace, the front door, upgraded the electrical to 100amp service and instaled the new GE profile Washer, and now offers you his home that is just a few steps from the pool, sauna & clubhouse that's full of activities if you wish to join...we also have a nice library in the club house with a fireplace and cozy chairs to relax in while you read or visit with your neighbors ~ or come play Mahjong w/me on Thursday afternoons, or Euchre Thursday nights, or join the Sewing Club, or come to Movie Night, or join us at the Wine Explorers night ~ there are 2 sidewalks that wrap all the way around the community and where you're more than likely to bump into a few of your neighbors, probably walking their dog...this is a 55+ community that I personally live in and we like to say it's 55+, not Assisted Living :-) It's a very active community, if you care to join in. We do a really fun Halloween stroll and next weekend is an Annual community garage sale. A lot of us take pride in our gardens and hanging our Flags and I hope you feel the sense of Community while you're here. This condo also has the rare commodity of having 2 carports instead of 1 or none. And this home is off the beaten path so you won't have any traffic going by.
